Xiangtan Shuanghuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 on the basis of Hunan Pulp Molded Factory that was known as the first company in this field. We are engaged in the research and production of pulp molding machines.
Through continuous technology improvement in more than 20 years, we have cultivated a group of after-sales persons who can face any challenges and have a strong sense of molded pulp in China. Nowadays, we are capable of producing egg tray machines of turn-around and cross-rolling and pulp molding forming machines, and designing and producing all kinds of plastic and metal models for packaging industrial products including egg trays and fruit trays.
In 1992, our turn-around egg tray machine filled the domestic blank and won the second prize for progress in technology of national packaging company; in 2007, our cross-rolling egg tray machine was created originally in China with world advanced standards. Furthermore, our gauze model has gained Chinese patent of utility model. Due to their rational designs, advanced technology and functions of environmental protection and power saving, they have been not only well-sold domestically, but also used in Africa, Southeast Asia and Russia.
